We deliver nationwide in South Africa. Deliveries within Gauteng cost R86 and all other areas R120. Delivery costs shall be added on checkout.

We deliver nationwide in Botswana. Deliveries nationwide cost R110. Please note, that if you live in a remote or outlaying area increased costs may occur and will reflect on checkout.

We are not responsible for any transit delays caused by the carriers.

SOUTH AFRICA

We offer a pick-up service free of charge within Pretoria, in the Eldoraigne, Centurion area.

BOTSWANA

We now offer a pick-up service in Botswana free of charge. This is only available in Gaborone, Lobatse and Kanye.

If you would like to use this service, please contact us on our instagram DM with your order.

You will need to do an EFT and provide us with a proof of payment. Once the funds have reflected in our account your order will be processed.

We endeavour to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Custom Jewellery are made to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks plus shipping time to create your meaningful piece.

Whilst we try our best to get all orders out promptly, the above timeframe is a general guideline which is subject to delays during holiday, sales or busier periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. These emails may sometimes land in your spam folder, so please don't forget to check that!

All items are inspected carefully during packing to ensure they are in perfect condition before we ship it to you. Once the parcel has been forwarded to our shipping carrier, RORA JEWELLERY is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during transit.

We are unable to refund lost parcels. If you think that your parcel may be lost, please contact us at rorajewellerycustomers@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you locate it. As the customer or receiver, you will be responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier.

Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct. RORA JEWELLERY will not be held liable for unsuccessful shipments due to incorrectly inputted addresses.
